You don't, you get Official Firmware from the PSN.
No its not...that's why you can download them from PlayStation Network.
You can't, unless you have custom firmware, if you do, then you can use psptube. You can download videos from your psp... either from the PlayStation store or RSS Crackle feed.
not really. if you upgrade to the latest firmware (5.03) you will have the playstation store available. this lets you download themes, games, wallpapers and so on. but if you want games for free, then yes, you need cfw
for psp
You can't Because it wont fit. But some games are available to download from the playstation store. It is possible if you have custom firmware i think there is an emulator for it.
You just need to upgrade your firmware, then you can access the PSN to purchase and download games.
yes go to google and type "download costum firmware 4.05 m33".
Not at all. Use the latest official firmware.
at "download nova"
You need cfw, aka custom firmware. To get custom firmware, you'll need a Pandora battery and a magic memory stick. Look up on youtube for tutorials.
No.
I'm not sure what you mean by "the mod" but I think you may be referring to a "custom firmware". If so, you can safely format your PSP's memory stick without removing the custom firmware. This is because the custom firmware is stored in the internal PSP flash memory, not on your memory stick. If you want to remove the custom firmware, you will need to just install an official firmware onto the psp. The easiest way to do this is to put in a PSP game that comes with a firmware upgrade and choose that option. Then I would recommend having the psp do a Network Update.
