Well first you go to the shipping docks in los Santos and open the first cart,then you will see a drift car.

Here is a way that I know of. First unlock and complete driving school with at least all bronze. Then do the mission Yay Ka-Boom-Boom in San Fierro. You should get a call that wang cars are now available for purchase. Buy it for $50,000 and do Cesar's missions by the garage. Every time you steal a car on these missions, the car will spawn in wang cars. The mod garage Wheels Arch Angels should be unlocked after doing the mission Zeroing in. Only these cars can be modified: Elegy, Flash, Uranus, Jester, Sultan, or Stratum. Drive them over to the garage, somewhere east of your safe house. Note that if you want to modify low riders, you need to go to Loco Low Co. in Los Santos. IF you want to modify all other cars that aren't classified as low riders or tuners, go to transfender which can be located in all cities. Make sure you do the mission Yay Ka boom Boom first or else it won't be unlocked.

To get Han's car from Tokyo drift, you have to install mods, but the car zr-350 resembles the rx-7, without the bodykit.
