there are two ways

1. get the skull of corruption and the staff of worms, kill an npc such as a bandit, put whatever items you wish to duplicate on the body, revive the body with the staff of worms, clone the boddy with the skull of corruption, kill the clone and the original and the clone should have all of the same equipment as the original

should you find an item on a clone called "<missing name>" then do not pick it up dropping it will cause the game to crash

if you do pick it up then put it in a container or on a dead body

any items you duplicate will lose their scripts, if you duplicate the gray cowl of nocturnal then it won't make you the gray fox and any powers that come with the crusader's relics will also not work

this will work with all items except for Umbra, the Oghma Infinium, Wabbajack, and the Skull of Corruption.

2. acquire two or more copies of the same scroll

go to your inventory and equip the scroll

drop one copy whatever item you wish to duplicate and however many scrolls you had will determine the number of duplicates

you can use this glitch to duplicate scrolls

Duplication of items is no longer possible in TF2. A majority of all previous duplication bug abusers are now permanently Trade or Community Banned.
