You have to be 90-100 here is why Kecleon has a -49.5% chance to recruit. Being level 90 or up ups the chance by 25% but that still isn't enough Kecleons recruit chance changes to 0.5% when you have a golden mask, amber tear and you must have the Fast Friend IQ skill for that all important +1%.

you will need these items 10 evasion orbs an escape orb 1 one room orb an eye drop seed 1 big apple 5 if you want to be more lucky 1 drought orb 10 evasion orbs and an exray spec

or if you have double team use it ten times before you get him mad 10 reviver seeds 1 escape orb okay this will be hard but don't give up kecleons might surround you so be aware before you steal from a kecleon use all of your evasion orbs or double team use the eyedrop seed cause kecleons might have a sleep move use exray specs to find any traps you might fall in take them off now put on the friend bow make sure your attack stat is at 201 at least so when you use your pre given attack normal attack sure hit is good so you never miss your target beware screeches it will take away the effect of the evasion orb or double team move keep on trying and one day you might get one which is cool since he is at a high level

1. go to a kecleon shop in a dungeon

2. steal anything (take an item and refuse to pay for it)

3. defeat the kecleon that appear (there are infinite numbers) and hope that one joins you.

So, you just make a "Guide Someone" Mission to the floor 1 of any dungeon. In the reward you choose "Recruit Client" and the Client you did choose will be in your party at the end of the mission. Just press "Generate Wonder Mail" and use it in your Pokemon game (Principal Menu>>Wonder Mail>>Receive Mail>>Password).

There might be a mail code you can get and save a kecleon and it want to join or you can use an action replay.

A wondermail code can most likely be generated, however, it is indeed possible to recruit Kecleon legitimately, albeit with an extreme amount of hard work.

The probability of recruitment is -999/1000. Bleak prospects. With the Golden Mask or Amber Tear, the Fast Friend IQ skill, the Friend Bow in the bag, and a level 100 Pokemon, the recruitment chance is 5%, I believe.

The level 100 Pokemon is not only desired, but essentially a requirement, as, how else is Kecleon to be defeated? If you're able to take on two or three Kecleons at once, I'd recommend you rob the storekeeper blind and run around for a bit, as they multiply-- that way, you'll have more chances without having to search for his shop many times.

Wild Kecleon appear after you rob one in a dungeon. Kecleon knows Screech, Ancientpower, Psybeam, and Decoy. Each Kecleon has about a 0.1% recruitment chance even if you're Lv90 and holding a Friend Bow, so you have to literally defeat about a thousand Kecleon before you recruit one.

Be at a high level,have a friendbow,have the iQ skill easy friend. This will bring the recruitment rate from -33.0 to +0.1. It may be small but it will be a lot easier.
