You can edit your map through a series of action replay codes, there is a full guide listed about it here http://gamehacking.org/?s=faqs&id=128
No.
He will move into your town later in the game, or you get him as a starting neighbor when you first start Animal Crossing.
Yes
there is an animal crossing little town
In my animal crossing, there is no such thing as a town hall.
No, only in Animal Crossing GameCube. In the original Animal Crossing for the Gamecube, Nook has a system where you can trade fruit and furniture with others (because you cannot be in each other's town at the same time yet) using codes. In Animal Crossing City Folk, you can go to another person's town and play with them and have two people in one town at the same time, playing simultaneously, so all trading can be done when you visit. This way, there's no need for a code, because the code system was easily maniuplated to cheat through the game.
Not exactly. You can sell items on your gyroid that other humans in the game can buy (a.k.a. your friends or whoever else plays Animal Crossing), but you can't set up a store in town to sell things.
No offense but that's a dumb question. at the town hall, LIKE ALL THE OTHER HOLIDAYS!
there are 10 animals in each town and inluding 4 people thats 14 but 1o animals.
No, you simply take the train to the town on your second game card (assuming you have one - when it was new the game came with an extra).
Only if it's for gamecube. you go by the dock in your town, you have to plug in your gameboy into the gamecube and this little green guy will come by in a boat and ask you if you want to go there. To leave te island, you just talk to him again.
Unfortunately you do not. This royally bummed me out too, as I thoroughly enjoyed the island on the Gamecube. Hey i know how i think...I heard that if you give tom nook 50 fossils he will get that guy ( the one who drove you to the town when your character first comes to the town) He will sail a boat witch will take you to the island
