I have the Sims 3...River-view you have to go to the Exchange and purchase it. To purchase this you will be given a code in your Sims 3 box, You enter this in the sign up page and you will be rewarded something like 1,000 Sim points. I have no idea about the Sims 3 World Adventures but what I do know, Is that if you have River-view in World Adventures you will have to re-download it to have it on the Sims 3, Also If you have it on the Sims 3 you will have to re-download again to have it on Sims 3 World Adventures.
