All four people and all data will be lost, but you can do it. If you're sure then follow these instructions:
- Press Start at the first screen
- Go in to Other
- Rebuild Town (should be an option on one of the screens before entering the game)
- Click I'm sure!
- Wave goodbye and the town is gone, the game will restart.
If there is no Erase button (Which I'm assuming you would of seen) then the only way is to wait for it to 'Expire' or write more posts on the board until it goes off.
it is only possible to erase players you have created. to do so, when you turn Animal Crossing on, on your DS were it says continue there is a list of other things there too. one of them is "erase player". click on that and it will alow you to erase any player you choose.

To delete a person on Animal Crossing Wild World you must g to the start-up screen. Then you must go to 'other things'. Next is 'erase resident'. You hit that and choose who will be erased.
When you come into the menu click other things and when you do you'll see erase resident and also rebuild town if you want to get rid of a single person click erase resident but if you want to erase the whole file click rebuild town
