In the last level/chapter you must kill all of the bad guys until the main boss is left. Crouch behind some crates while he shoots you. Once he gets closer or reloads is gun, run up and punch him. Press the on screen buttons until he knocks you away. Run up and punch him again, press some more buttons and then you win.
