To locate Kiki, head to the area where the Bomb Shop is located and use the Magic Bomb to open the entrance to the Dark World. Once you cross over, navigate through the woods until you find Kiki, who will help you in your quest if you give him some Rupees. After you give him 100 Rupees, he will follow you and assist in moving certain blocks.
