The disc needs to be in while you are playing the game
the game will stop
Sounds clear and logical enough. You just simply have to take disc 2 out and put disc 1 in. I encountered this problem while having the game installed on the Xbox 360 HD. I uninstalled the game and resumed playing from the discs. After I got past the glitch that sends you back and forth from disc 1 to 2 repeatedly I reinstalled the game to the HD. It seems when you have the game on the HD it bypasses the save prompt from disc one's cut scene.
The Wii has a read only DVD , so you can't damage the game disc .

A PlayStation 2 will go into figuration and browser mode instead of accepting the game for playing if the disc is damaged. If there are smudges on the disc, you may be able to fix it just with a tissue.
No, you do not have to say "Uno" every turn while playing the game.
Super Smash Bros Brawl's Read Only Memory(ROM) is located on the disc, Ripping the ROM from the disc is illegal. The disc can be taken out while the game is running but is required if the game needs to load something.Above answer by: Spud.
