You can't. Buy a new one, sorry. :/
The pointer with a number 1-4 won't show. You should unplug the dark gray cord on the back of the Wii and plug it back in. If that doesn't work, you need to buy a replacement sensor bar from Nintendo. The previous solution won't work because the Wii remotes need (not visible to the human eye) infared lights, and the sensor bar is powered by the Wii.
If you don't have a sensor bar you cannot aim with the wii remote so you can't control your wii.
With a wii remote and the sensor bar.
You Will need A sensor bar to play wii You Get it when you buy a wii but if it gets ruined you can get one for a good price on www.ebay.com

If you are connecting 120 volts, you connect the black wire to the breaker, white wire to the neutral bar, and ground wire to the ground bar. If you are connecting 240 volts connect the black & white wires to the breaker, & ground wire to the ground bar.

Yes; it comes with a sensor bar which is usually placed above the TV.
The sensor bar does not need to be charged.
For a typical 12-2 wire, the black wire is the "hot" wire that connects to the breaker, the white wire is the neutral wire that connects to the neutral bus bar, and the bare copper wire is the ground wire that connects to the ground bus bar in the circuit panel.
