you have to get the tool box first. Its on a roof top somewhere. Once you have it, go inside the Factory and then use the cranes to get up to the 1st little patform thingy. Click on the computer on that platform. Youll see yourself typing and a door opening off the the side. Then use the crane to get to the second platform and go over to the box that says "Main Power." Go to your inventory and click 'use' on the toolkit. unscrew the screws, and turn on the power for the factory. VOILA!!!
