you have to have the full version. Tape will appear in the shop, tap it and place it on the hose. Put a family member in the shower, than an adult on the tape. They will fix the hose. Then place someone of the watering can in the shed (which I will asume you have already vopened) they will water the flowers. No idea how to water the workshop ones though.
