How do you fly jet plane in GTA San Andreas?

r2 and l2

L2 R2 rudder left right

left analog stick: left and right=aileron

left analog stick:up and down=elivator

push right analog stick=landing gear

NOTE:the only flaps you can control are aileron ,elivator and rudder

the flaps that you can't control are the flaps on the wing and the spoiler

the flap increases lift and drag on a real plane and the spoiler changes lift,drag and roll.

Well First of all you need to go to the airport in Los Santos, San Fierro, or Las Venturas once done find the security gate then jump to the roof from a good distance or just get on a car and then do the same when you're in the airport just look for a plane (EX: Dodo, Shamal Nevada etc.) the controls for flying are---

Triangle- enter/exit aircraft

Left Analog Stick- Bank(turn left or right) fly up or down.

Right Analog Stick- Camera control(Turret optional, also in the hydra pull down on the analog stick to put in heli mode- standard position - push up to put in jet mode).

PLANE CONTROLS

X- Accelerate

Square- Decelerate

L1- Fire Guns/rockets(optional... Ex in the Rustler you can fire machine guns, rockets only avalable in the Hydra or Hunter- Helicopter -)

L2- Rudder Left

R1- Lock-on

R2- Rudder Right

R3- Raise/Lower landing gear

Circle- Flares (avalable in Hydra only- at slow rate of speed and low to the ground -)

HELICOPTER CONTROLS

Triangle- Enter/Exit Heli

X- Accend

Square- Decend

Circle- Fire Rockets(Hunter Only)

R2- Rotate Right

L1- Fire machine guns(Hunter and Seasparrow only)

L2- Rotate Left

R3- Auto Level/Searchlight (Police maverick only)

to fly a 'jet' in gta San Andreas on pc, you have to do the missions! you will eventually get captured andthenyou'regoing to be forced to learn to fly a plane. then one you learnt, you will get apilot'slicense. from there, you can go into the airport and fly your planes and heli's.

go to any airport park ur car next the guard house jump on top of the car then on top of the guard house then into the airport not all jets are unlocked

find a flat open ground and accelerate foreword. you will gradually rise up and once your in the air it's easy. the place i do it is behind sweets house.
