There are a few ways of obtaining this reputation:
1) Do the Deepholme quests
The questline here will reward substantial reputation, and is a prerequisite to obtaining the rewards (including the tabard, see point 3). You should be able to hit Honored from these quests, mileage varying depending on whether your guild has the perk that increases rep gains.
2) Daily Quests
Once you completed step 1, daily quests open up that allow you to gain a chunk of rep every day, and also award certain achievements if you complete certain quests 10 times.
3) Dungeon grinding
Buy the Therazane tabard from the rep vendor at Therazane's Throne, and wear it while running (heroic) dungeons. Rep gained will then count towards the Therazane faction.
I'm assuming you mean reputation. To gain Rep you can either quest for that race in the zones of it's main city or you can turn in stacks of cloth. To Gain rap in Northrend, you may purchase a tabard and every mob killed in a heroic dungeon is applied to the reputation of sed tabard.
There are many ways to get a title. You get a title for doing many quests, having many factions at Exalted reputation, clearing difficult raid dungeons or completing holiday events.
The best way to gain reputation with Exodar is to start in the Draenei starting area, Azuremyst Island, and do every single quest you can find. And then move on to the next zone and the next zone after that. That will give you a good boost of reputation. Then you can either gain more through the Argent Tournament or use WoWHead to look up every quest that gives rep with Exodar and hunt them down.
Reputation with the Ashen Verdict comes from only one source: Icecrown Citadel. When you first speak with an NPC from the Ashen Verdict, you will become Neutral. By killing mobs and completing weekly quests inside Icecrown Citadel (on 10 or 25man) you will gain reputation leading to Exalted.
Complete daily quests for the faction you are aiming to gain reputation with, on the quest hand-in you will be notified in your chat log of any reputation gain (Assuming you haven't changed the default settings). The second method of gaining reputation with a faction, is to complete their quest line in the respective area up until friendly and track down their quartermaster, he will sell you a tabard which you can equip, this will allow you to gain reputation with faction for killing enemies in any level 85 dungeon on normal or heroic.
Shaman gain access to their totem spells at level 4 with Stoneskin Totem.

The Mana-Tombs are a wing of the Auchindoun instance. It is accessed north from the Ring of Observance in Terokkar Forest. The bosses are Pandemonius, Tavarok, Nexus-Prince Shaffar, and on heroic mode Yor. Grinding Mana-Tombs is a nice way to gain reputation with the Consortium as each run will net you about 1200 (2400 heroic) reputation until honored.
