How do you get Blastoise on emerald?

At the beginning of the game, after you move into town. Go to your next door neighbor's house. Go upstairs to the bedroom. Click on the pokeball (it's rred and white, on the floor) Your next-door neighbor, Brendan (or if your a boy, May (I think!:) will come in to his room. After you finish talking with him. Go outside again. Walk north until you see a little girl standing by the hedge that goes all around your neighborhood. Click on her. After she's done talking, walk past her, straight. You'll stop automatically. Professor Birch will scream "help" the you'll have to click on his bag (its brown) inside there are three Pokemon Torchic (evolves into Combusken, then Blaziken) Mudkip ( evolves into Marshtomp, then Swampert) Treecko( evolves into Grovyle, then Sceptile) then whichever one you choose, you get to keep. Go to Professor Birch's lab and he'll congratulate you, and he'll reward you with the Pokemon you battled with earlier.
