if you go to the market or the catologue, the exlusive items will have a date underneath them which tells you how long they will last. This is how you know they are exclusive. click on them and buy them- hope its what your looking for, ;)

You can adopt animals that's being posted by your friends or ask your friends to send you animals that are available for gifting or get them in the mystery gifts also sent by your friends.
