How do you get Jirachi in Pokemon Emerald without a cheat code?

you have to beat the Pokemon league 5 times then go to moss deep city and go to the space center talk to the scientist there.

he says no. 100 after that the scientist says if you want togo to the moon then you will find jirachi and deoxys

you need a game cube and Pokemon coloseum bonus pack disc. after get a wire that connects to a gba to gamecube the you can download jirachi on to emeral ruby or sapphire.asmany times as you want (not sure about how many times as you want).

you walk in the grass - yeah the green stuff on the ground- and then when a Pokemon attacks, weaken it with weak Pokemon/(Pokemon of the same level as it) and throw a pokeball at it. if this doesnt catch it, keep trying until it is caught. how do u not know this? are you that dependant on a ar or GameShark? they muk up ur game and they ent worth it. play fair k?

I have heard that if you go to the space center (in mossdeep city) and talk to everyone except the scientist on the top floor then you talk to him. talk to him once a day. if you talk to him once for 100 days in a row he will say, "do you want to go to space" say yes and you will go to the moon where you should find a jirachi. hope it works, from dialgoria.

make it gameshark codes.... for almost all kanto and hoenn legendary Pokemon. it works for GBA action replay and gameshark. I'm not sure for action replay but I'm positive that it's gameshark..........
