For a Boy When answering questions as a boy, you need to end up as a sassy type so answer questions thoughtfully and think what a sassy personality would be like.

There was a limited time event over Wifi a few months ago, but I believe it has been taken down. Other than that I don't think it's possible to recruit Mewtwo in Time.
