How do you get Mr whoopee in gta Liberty City stories for the psp?

The Mr Whoopee can be located anywhere on Portland Harbor, Staunton Island or Shoreside Vale. The trick is, though, It SELDOMLY or RARELY appears. If you want to get one without driving all over the place, start a Fire Fighter mission while driving a Fire Truck. A Fire Truck can be located at the fire station in Harwood next to the scrap yard with a car crusher in Portland Harbor. Start the mission, and eventually you will come across a Mr Whoopee with an engine fire. DO NOT EXIT THE FIRE TRUCK! Exiting the Fire Truck while the vehicle is still on fire causes the burning vehicle to explode! Put out the fire and THEN (and ONLY then) can you exit the mission vehicle and claim your "hot" new vehicle!
