Rayquaza can be found at skypillar and is able to captured after you have beat the Sootopolis gym.Be sure to have a Machbike. :) Cheers!
If you are referring to the old GBA games, then yes and no. You have to beat the Pokemon League in Ruby and Sapphire to get Rayquaza but in Emerald you can get him before beating the Pokemon League. Hope this helped.
You can't get Kyogre in Pokemon Ruby but you can get Kyogre in Pokemon emerald and sapphire and in ruby you only get groudon and rayquaza. In sapphire you get Kyogre and rayquaza and in emerald you can get groudon, Kyogre, and Rayquaza.
Not without cheating. Ruby can get Groudon and Rayquaza, Saphire can get kygore and rayquaza, but only Emerald can get them all.
Rayquaza isn't in Indigo. Rayquaza is ony in Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald.
yes
I dont think you can get Rayquaza in Ruby.....only in Emerald
You can't get Rayquaza in Ruby. You have to trade it from an Emerald game.
groudon, kyogre and rayquaza groudon, kyogre and rayquaza
You can't get Rayquaza in Ruby or Sapphire unless you trade it. you can, if you know the cloning glitch for Emerald, clone your Rayquaza and trade one to your Ruby Version.
it is level 70
RAYQUAZA
Rayquaza can be found at Sky Pillar in Pokemon Ruby.
