I had a problem when i tried installing Riverview... BUT, i fixed it! When you log into the Sims3 site, go to Free Stuff, click on Riverview. Click on Download. Wait for it to download, (you can see it's progress on the sims 3 game launcher, by going to Downloads.) When it says it has downloaded, click on it and click on install. Wait a minute or two. If it says something about having your game up-to-date, you need to update your game (even if it says it's up-to-date!) When your game is fully up-to-date, click on Riverview again and go install. Wait... AGAIN!! :P It SHOULD say success! If not, im sorry but i can't help! :( Hope this helped! :)
