How do you get Save The Queen in Kingdom Hearts?

In KH1: Beat the Hades cup with only Sora.

In KH2: It has to be synthesized. You will need the following materials:

1 Orichalcum, 3 Dense Crystal, 5 Dense Gem, 9 Dense Stone. and 9 Dense Shard.

It is in the Hollow Bastion bit. Leave Merlin's house, run up the stairs and go through the entrance at the end (you will have to battle a couple of heartless). Once through there you will have to battle a few more heartless and then run forward untill you are on flat land. You can either walk to the left and battle a member of Generation X with the mental guitar or walk to the right. Walk to rhe right continue forward untill you see a step/passage on the left and walk up there. There are 2 chests up there on of which contained the recipe.
