How do you get The Sims to have plastic surgery on Sims 2 unitversity?

Yes you have to go to the hospital and then choose cheap facial, expensive facial, cheap body or expensive body. With the expensive ones you can choose what happens but with the cheaps you have to hope for the best. :D

Firstly, you have to get a Degree in Medicine at whichever College/University you chose that will unlock the plastic surgery bed in your career rewards section, but there's more you have to do. You then have to get to the highest position possible for the medical career track this will then give you enough credits to unlock the bed for the procedure.
