This question does not make much scene. If you are asking how to get into a crafting table with a one button mouse, well you are better off getting a two button mouse (they work with macs)
You make a crafting table like this WW WW W=Wood planks
Just right click on it. You will see that you have a 3x3 grid instead of the normal 2x2 grid you have in your inventory.

I'm assuming you mean a book. To craft a book, you need 3 papers. Fill the middle column with the paper on a 3x3 crafting grid.
put 4 refined wood in the 2x2 grid in a square
You can press E for a 4x4 crafting space. For lots of things you're going to need a bigger crafting space, so with four planks of wood, craft a crafting table (workbench). Now you have a 3x3 crafting space. Happy crafting! :)

Iron. The iron is placed in a pattern in the 3x3 crafting grid in the same way as the wooden bowl, but with iron ingots rather than wooden planks. O: Nothing I: Iron OOO IOI OIO
In beta 1.6.6, you can just get the map by making a compass, put it in the middle of the 3x3 crafting box, then surrounding it with paper.
You need 2 stone (not cobblestone). On a 3x3 crafting grid, put one stone in the center, and one below it.
First, punch a tree until you get a block of raw wood. Place the one wood block into your 2x2 Crafting box and you will get 4 wooden planks. Put one into each slot in the 2x2 grid, and you will get a workbench, place it somewhere in your world, and right click on it to get a 3x3 Crafting box.
