How do you get a Celebi in Pokemon Silver?

actually the only way to get celebi on Pokemon emerald is to trade it with a friend that already has a celebi on his or her game. I do recall reading something that says you can get celebi using a GameShark or action replay but i don't know the codes for them.

1. Defeat the Elite Four 50 times.

2. Go to Mirage Island.

3. Keep walking in the grass near the soil until you find celebi. I found mine at level 70.

NOTE: You should use a repel,use it and then keep walking into the grass to find a legendary Pokemon.

I tryed every thing and the only way to get celebi is using a game shark.

Note: If that works, you should use a Pokemon a little lower than a level 70 and a repel. That way only Pokemon lv. 70 and up will appear.

Here's how to get Celebi!

Have a Bulbasaur and a Scyther in your party at the same time. Teach the Scyther Cut. Go into a double battle. Have Bulbasaur and Scyther be partners. Tell Scyther to use Cut on the Bulbasaur. You will get a Bulbasaur bulb. Give a moon stone to the bulb. It will turn into a Celebi.

1. You have to get it from the Pokemon Colosseum Japanese Bonus Disc on GameCube.
2. Mystery Gift event.
