How do you get a crowbar on 24 carrot island?

If you visit Charlie's Carrot Surplus on Main Street, you will find that the clerk is missing her cat. Recover the cat and she will give you a crowbar as a reward. To get the cat :

1. She is upstairs in the old abandoned farmhouse. Go into the house thru the chimney.
2. You will find a bowl lying on the ground. Pick that up and go to the Diner, and ask the waitress for some milk.
3. Go back into the house and put the bowl down.
4. Climb the wire at right to the bathroom upstairs.
5. Turn on the shower and the cat (Whiskers) will come out. To get her downstairs, click on her once or twice. After a short chase, the cat climbs down the wire to the milk.
6. After drinking the milk, the cat will follow you back to Charlie's. The clerk will give you a crowbar as a reward.

At the carrot factory, on the far right of the factory when you fall off the building, there is a sewage pipe you need to enter. Click on the blocked part of the entrance. The crowbar will automatically appear and you will open the sewage pipe. Enter the factory.

The crowbar allows you to enter the abandoned Carrot Cake Factory by prying the cover from the large drain pipe, near the water at far right.

Be sure to get the vent blueprints from the window near the roof.
