How do you get a horse in harvest moon happiness?

Ship 1000 things (weeds are best ) and the next day if it's sunny (you don't have to ship another 1000 things if its not sunny) your neighbour will bring you a horse ( by the way, it's brown).

Get Mirabelle to 5000 points or 2 heart (she's the lady at the animal shop). To help u get it faster you should give her one gift every day. Go into menu and click on assets. Then click on the person's face up the top of the screen. This shows ur relationship status with each character. If you click on mirabelle, on the top screen it should show what she likes. I just gave her some material stone, but I found that she also likes eggs, milk, cheese, moonstones, and roses.

Ok, so first in the begining of the game you have to meet a guy named Barley. He live next to the Chicken Farm and owns The ranch that sells sheep and cows. The shop opens a 10:00 and is closed on mondays. Just, talk to him in then begining of the game, and if you do if before spring 6, then he should come to your house and ask you to take care of a horse. Say yes and then every day for a year go into your stable and talk to the horse. I recommend buying a brush from the blacksmith because it will get the horse to be happier faster. About a year later, Barley will come back to your house and ask for the horse back, however, if the horse loves you more than six hearts, then your get to keep it, and you don't even have to feed it! but, if you don't Barley will get all mad at you and take the horse back to his ranch. But don't worry if this happens, another year later, Barley will come back again and say" oh what is a farm without a horse, here is a horse" and whatever. The horse is completely yours, but since you didn't take care of the first horse well, the horse you get doesnt like you easily, which means you probably have no chance in the horse races
