How do you get a husband in Harvest Moon DS?

For starters, you can only be a boy on Harvest Moon DS, therefore you can only marry girls; Celia, Lumina, Muffy, Nami, Flora, Keira, Witch Princess+Harvest Goddess (in European version, it doesn't seem to work in the North American version) and Leia the mermaid and the mineral town girls if you got the GBA connection.

If your talking about Harvest Moon DS Cute where you are a girl, then you can get a husband by having him at a red heart, rescuing sixty harvest sprites and witnessing all of his heart events. Then you can buy the blue feather.

The boys are the Mineral Town boys if you got the GBA connection, Rock, Carter, Griffin, Marlin, Gufasta and Skye.

If I had my way, I'd go for Skye, because he's the best looking. I might've gone for Rock if he wasn't cross-eyed.
