Go to hearthome through the left and there should be an entrance to the south. Keep going down until you get to the entrance to the Pokemon mansion and go talk to mr backlot. Then go to the trophy garden and run for a long time until one appears

3 Ways to Get Mime Jr.

1. In Pearl, you can only catch Mime Jr. in Backlot's Trophy Garden (in Route 212) if Backlot and his Butler say so. (Each day, a new version-exclusive Pokemon can rarely be found in the Trophy Garden, and you can find out which one by talking to Backlot, who is in one of the Pokemon Mansion's rooms.)
2. You can trade from Diamond, another Pearl version, or Platinum.
3. Breed a Mr. Mime holding an Odd Incense with another Mr. Mime of the opposite gender or Ditto in Solaceon Town. Run around for a while, and the Day Care man should soon have an Egg containing Mime Jr.
