well if you want a drake you would have to get a drake egg from somewhere maybe try to by it off somebody by the juno centre and go to lorraine then she will give you the drake egg quest which tells you to go see some archeologist in draton then when you go see him he will transform it into a hatchling for you for you to take away and lvl up
