Go to the stables right outside bravil. Head up the road (North) until you reach the 'inn of ill omen'. When at the inn face the front of the inn so you can see the door and stuff. Then head north for a while until you reach a grotto. Kill the minotaurs guarding the unicorn first as the unicorn will attack you otherwise. If the unicorn sees you then let it chase you back to the inn of ill omen. Go inside then back outside and get on the unicorn, If the unicorn doesn't see you while fighting the minotaurs then just ride it. Then it is yours and will follow you when you fast travel to stables, towns etc. :)
