In 2011 they had the trolls/elves up in the Fairy Forest for 4 passes each. Babies do not ever grow into trolls or elves. This year (2011) they had them in Box of Wonders, where when you opened one you had the chance to get a troll or elf that was pre-made and pre-named. They added a feature to be able to re-name them since they were all pretty much the same and the moderators were probably overwhelmed by the amount of requests to change their names.
