How do you get an ostrich on Harvest Moon Animal Parade?

You can purchase an ostrich from Horn Ranch (in Flute Fields). There are two requirements:

1) You MUST have a level 3 barn: in order to do this, you'll have to upgrade your farm to level 2 first. The level 2 barn costs 30,000 G, and requires 50 material stone and 40 lumber. After you upgrade to level 2, you can upgrade to level 3. This upgrade costs 60,000 G, and requires 50 material stone and 100 lumber.

2) You have to have upgraded Horn Ranch to Level 4: in order to do this, you have to ship 80,000 G of animal products. This includes eggs, milk, wool, silk, etc.

A baby ostrich costs 3,000 G, and an adult ostrich costs 6,000.
