simply go to the great tree and talk to petuni(the one with the pink orb on her head) and talk to her. she will ask you to play a game called 'stump petuni'. make an easy question like mario... likes what person... the best? and she will answer peach and give you a mystic egg, an item that cures 5 HP. to do this again, simply go back to rougeport and back to the great tree.
