If the cookie contained a password (If you clicked "Keep Me Logged In" for example..) and you cannot remember your password, use the password recovery tool provided on the website. (most have them..)

no
a file that's been deleted
If you have deleted files on a computer, but need them back, there is a way to retrieve the files. Once a file is deleted, it will go into the computers recycle bin. Once the recycle bin is open, there is a button at the top to restore deleted items.
You cannot.
IF you meant 'retrieve deleted data' - there is software available that will recover deleted files - but only if the computer hasn't been used since the time of the deletion !
to store file that have been deleted ( file that have not been permanently deleted) from the computer, this is in order to make them available for restoration in a case were you need the file you deleted.
As far as I know, you cannot get it back. Sorry. =D
