How do you get flames of zamorak in runescape?

Other than buying it at the Grand Exchange, the much harder way would be getting parts of it as random rewards from Treasure Trials in Members.
You don't make it. Your best option is just to buy it.

There are lots of items in RuneScape that can't be made, but that are obtained through random drops or - as in the case of god armour - obtained from treasure trails. Treasure trails are a members-only activity, but a non-member can buy god armour from another player, or through the Grand Exchange.

It is a rare reward in any case (otherwise it would be much cheaper), so don't count on getting it quickly if you do treasure trails. You might eventually get some piece, or get some other valuable item instead.

Bandos armour consists of Bandos Boots, Bandos Tassets (legs), or Bandos Chestplate. Bandos armour is dropped by General Graador in the Godwars dungeon. If you're lucky, you can also obtain any of these pieces from his minion's inside of the boss room. They all have a possibility of dropping bandos hilt as well.

You get the parts separately, zamorak full helmet, kiteshield, platebody and platelegs.

You need to complete a level 3 clue scroll or if your super lucky then you can get it in a level 2, it is very rare to find though.
