It's located in the northwestern corner of Varrock and it pays lots of gold for items that shops wouldn't pay much for. ex. I valued "wine of Zammorak" at the Varrock shop and it valued at 1 gold piece. I sold it at the grand exchange for about 1 1/2 K gold pieces.
