They are very rare drops from monsters or same kind, example:
To get a Demon Champion Scroll, you need to kill Demons and get it as a rare drop.
You need to complete some challenge scroll to get a banner carrier.Note: This does not include the tutorial ones, it only counts when you obtain a scrolls as a drop, and kill the champion.

yes clue scrolls are only for members you can get them as a drop from almost all monsters and comes with some great rewards too so if you need help on any add waz4loz1 on runescape and ill be happy to help =)

Trimmed amulets can not be created by players. They are from Treasure Trails in the members part of Runescape. To start a treasure trail you need to get a clue scroll. These are dropped by almost every monster in runescape. I reccommend Jellies (78) to get level 3 clue scrolls, Guards (28) to get level 2 clue scrolls and Men and Women (3) to get level 1 clues.
