ok, to get deoxys, u must have an arouraticket, from an event, or use GameShark/action replay , and have a MEW in the first spot of ur box holding one, ok once u get the rare aroura ticket, talk to the sailor in lilycove, u will go to birth island, there will be a puzzle, which is hard to do, just dont run into it, walk into it and press A. soon enough it will be completely red in the center of the island, it will break open, then deoxys will come down and fight you. its at lvl 30 and hard to capture, it is possible of not using master, just bring, if u dont got an 20-30 level pokemon, this pokemon: mawile lvl 70-100 attacks:

false swipe, now this will get it to 1 hp and asleep, now chuck ultras at it!!!!
