The Seeker Missiles are obtained in Xenoresearch Lab on Eastern Skytown, Elysia. To reach the Xenoresearch Lab, the player must reach the part where they obtain the Screw Attack (which can be obtained on Bryyo Ice). At the end of the Xenoresearch Lab, there will be a room with a container with the Seeker Missiles in it. The player must rip of the panel at the side of the room with the Grapple Lasso to reveal an Energy Cell. The player must retrieve the Energy Cell to weaken the container, than must destroy the container with a Charge Beam, allowing the player to aquire the Seeker Missiles.

If you mean the large battery for the crane by the lava pool (where the the energy cell is) go into your ship and fly to the place where you got the ship missile upgrade. look around for a red door that requires the plasma beam to open and go through it. scan everything there and you will find the battery. use your ship grapple beam to pick up and set down the battery on the crane. one you have that you will get the energy cell.

You get the command codes when you explore the Valhalla, when you get the area where your in the corridor with the big windows and get attacked by metroids that come from them take the left hand side door. Eventually you will reach a door that requires the Nova beam to open then you need x-ray visor to loosen the mechanism that is blocking the energy cell slots. Once you do this a Metroid Hatcher will come out of the pit in the room, kill it and put the energy cells into the slots. A bridge and an elevator will be activated to reveal a door on the upper level, use that door and continue until you get to the control room. The command codes are on a terminal in near the glass.
