Ebony armour can be collected from foes once you get to a higher level. Another way is to accept the Clavicus Vile Daedric Shrine quest (W/SW of the Imperial City). Umbra has a full set of Ebony Armour- the only downside is it says "Umbra's Ebony Greeves," etc. I'm not sure if she always has Ebony no matter what level, but I've played through a few times and she has every time I found her. Good luck! yey itothev13 is right no matter wat level she has ebony armour and is in the same place i started at level 2 and found her best way to kill her at that level is swim across to imperial water front and let gurds try to kill her and keep running into imperial city until they do and put diffculty on easy

you can get bound armor spells from the mages guild in chorrol. the one who sells them is albert litte i think. once you get the spells, use one at a time and let something hurt the armor by attacking it. now within the spells time limit, repair armor with hammers and drop it. once the time limit runs out, you have a weightless armor with a rlly high deffense. hope this helps =)
