How do you get ice for the fish in Zelda spirit tacks?

Go to the Spring Station or something like that in the Snow World, then bring the ice back using the Teleportation Gate to the south of it, next go back to the first town you get to in the Ocean World.

You need mega ice, which you can get from the Anouki. Go to Anouki village and go up to the place with water and speak to the blue Anouki with short horns. He will yell at you so you can't miss him(when you're walking up there a yellow Anouki will also call you and say he needs some lumber for a fence you can go to Whittleton to get it.) He will say that he used to make something called Mega Ice. But an ice Chu Chu got in the water a couple of years ago and there has been an icky film floating in it ever since. So he asks if you can take him to another place with clean water. I took him to Wellspring station where Ferrus lives. He will say to wait as he has some "product issues" he doesn't want his customers to know about, so in the time being you can go get some lumber from Whittleton. Take it to Anouki village. The yellow Anouki doesn't know how to build stuff, so go and fetch the Bridgeworker, but he's not there. I don't know where he is. Then, go to well spring station and get the Mega Ice.
