How do you get into debug mode so that you can create sims with green skin etc on The Sims 2?

Edit to correct the code. The cheat should be typed (without the quotes) as "boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true". It can matter if you don't use caps as shown. Be sure, too, that if you use shift+N, int he name section, you backspace off the N.

Sometime before you get into the "Create a Family" mode, you have to put in a cheat.

Press: Ctrl + Shift + C

Type (in white box): boolprop testingcheatsnenbaled true

Press: Enter

Go to the "Create a Family" mode.

Go to the "Create a Sim" mode.

In the name box, press: Shift + N (shift = M will disable this mode but you can simply get it back by repeating shift= N again, remember, the debug mode won't last after you've come off the game, you'll have to type it in again! #Skmgoldie)

A pop-up in the top right hand corner will tell you that you are in debugging mode.

Now when you pick their skin color, there will be a shape to the right of all the other colors. Click it.

Hello there! This is gamehacker64 and I'm going to tell you how to get into the Create-A-Family Debug Mode.

First you must be in your Neighborhood. Once there, press and hold the following buttons: Ctrl + Shift + C

Don't use the plus sign though.

Now type in "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true".

Without the " marks.

Then press the Enter/Return Key on your keyboard to enter the cheat in.

Once done, go into Create-A-Family Mode. Once you're in there, press and hold the following buttons: Shift + N

Without the plus sign again.

Now you should be in the Create-A-Family Debug Mode. Now you can choose from loads of options, such as: Alien Skin Tone, Pale White Skin Tone, Social Bunny Clothing, Grim Reaper Clothing, Work Suits and many more!

Also, if you enter in "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" in your neighborhood, enter a Family and you can drag their Needs, Skills, Interests and other stuff up.

To turn off the "boolprop testingcheatsenabled" cheat, type in this in the cheat menu "boolprop testingcheatsenabled false".

First of all, go into Sims2 and hold down 'Shift', 'Ctrl' and the 'c' on they keyboard. Then a white box will apear at the top off your screen. Type in

'boolprop testingcheatsenabled true' (without the ' and ' )

After that, go into one of your Sims2 familys and click on a person while also holding down the 'Shift' Button. This way you can do heaps of cheats on that person and any person anywhere.

eg. You know when a person is walking down the street or comes to your house? click on them while holding 'Shift', click 'Make selectable' or something like that then you can control that random person. To undo that, click on that person while also holding 'Shift' then click 'Make Unselectable'. Simple as that!!!!!

Another cheat is when your in 'Create a Family Mode'. When you have to type in the characters name or last name, just put in 'N' then you can do heaps more skin tones and clothes and make ups and heaps of other stuff too! COOL HUH!!!!!!!!!

Well I wont give away everything so that's all I'm gonna tell you, I'm sure you can figure out the rest.

P.S: None of these cheats will work unless you type in 'boolprop testingcheatsenabled true' (without the ' and ' )

You mean an alien? Or just green skin? For just green skin I think you can shift+n click in the neighborhood screen and do the same once you are in Create a Sim and you should have more choices such as a wedding dress, etc... for an alien get an adult male sim abducted by aliens using a telescope, faster way 1 is type in the boolprop testingcheatsenabled true (just as I wrote it) after clicking shift+c and shift click on the sim you want pregnant (boy or girl, doesn't matter) and choose spawn then tombstone of L and D. With the Sim you want pregnant as the selected Sim, click on the Tombstone of L and D and choose Make Me Alien Pregnant. If you don't see it just click more. Or easy way 2 is to enable the boolprop cheat and shift click on the telescope (with a male Sim looking through it) and choose DEBUG- GET ABDUCTED. Then wait three hours sim time and the abducted Sim should be back by then. If you want twins, just do forcetwins like any other baby after clicking shift+c in the family screen. It works about 75% of the time, so I recommend repeating it a few times. To speed up the pregnancy with an alien baby just do like a normal baby- click on the Tombstone of L and D with the Pregnant Sim selected and choose Speed Up My Pregnancy. Good Luck!!!!! You can also use SimPE which takes awhile but works. Look it up on Google.

No, the shift + n click thing doesnt work ive tried it 1000000 times. go on the custom content to get the skin option.

It works . just done it. test before you say it doesn't it's SHIFT + N Plus Click.

well you open the cheats menu what is ctrl + shift + C hold them together and type in buydebug or buydebug on.
