in bowerstone south the cellar door's will only open when the statue in the look out point is pointing at bowerstone then you can enter inside there his a leather chest piece of a torso in a chest. at 11:00 pm oh here is a glitch that lets you take over bower stone south with no killing this is not a mod this is a glitch

Go into Bowerstone from the forest. Head to Old Bowerstone. Bowerstone Cemetery is entered close to the city gate on the lower level, if that area is opened.

Note, you may have to do some work before each of these areas are opened to you.
