At the start, while making your character, you can choose Myth school. However, if you choose a different school to start with, you can do one of two things.
One: Get crowns, and buy back training points. You can do so by Golem tower.
The second option is to do quests where it the reward is training points. To name one, every time you complete Prospector Zeke's searching quest, you get a training point. You can then use that for any school you'd like.

In order to find the Ravenwood Smith, first go to Ravenwood. Then look for Malor Ashthorn, follow the edge of the broken off street that the death school used to be located at. Finally, when you see the corner to the right of the myth school, turn there and you will find the Ravenwood Smith.
