The Investigator's outfit is a set of clothes that was given to players as a reward for the completion of the 2nd Cryptic Clue Fest. There is currently no other way to obtain the items.
Players who lose a piece of the set can have it replaced by talking to Diango in Draynor Village. The Investigator's outfit can be stored in a Player Owned House toy box.
