Your thinking of auto run. I'm not sure what the default key is, but if you open up menu then key bindings it should be listed. Once you hit that button, your character will auto move forward without having to hold down a button. Hope this helps. The default key is Num-Lock. You can change it in key bindings if you want it to be something different. I had this problem when I started too. To stop, just hit num lock again. The light on your keyboard will switch on and off. But press w when you need precision. If you leave num lock on while away from the computer (afk) you will just keep walking possibly into dangerous mobs. Make sure you stop in a safe place or log off before stopping to take a break.

In Windows, Warcraft is generally installed and also has an Uninstall utility. This can be found by either hitting the Windows button and going to the Warcraft 3 program; there should be an uninstaller as well. Alternatively, you can go to Start/Windows, and then the Control Panel. Go to the Software option, and find Warcraft 3 there. There should be a button that allows you to uninstall the game from here as well.
