How do you get jirachi in pokepark?

First go into Wish Cave (you become Level 1, lose all money and items.) Have Friend Bow. Go to Floor 99 defeat Jirachi. It might ask to join team. If you answer yes, you have Jirachi. If you answer no, you may make a wish and take a Warp Panel out of the dungeon. Level 45.

When you beat Wish Cave, a 99 floor dungeon where you are set to lv 1, you make it to floor 99 where you fight that millennium star, and if you win, he is almost guaranteed to join you, but if you pick no, he grants a wish.

After you defeat Rayquaza and complete a few missions, the dungeon "Wish Cave" will be unlocked. This dungeon sets you back to level one and you should first rescue Medicham on the 20th floor; he will give you a Wish Stone. From there, climb to the 99th floor of the cave (which is no easy task) to find Jirachi. Defeat Jirachi in battle and, if you have room for it, recruit it. However, if you still have the Wish Stone, don't recruit it - Jirachi will give you a wish! You can wish for items, money, a friend area or "something special". You may do this as many times as you want, as long as you have the Wish Stone with you.

On the other hand, you could just recruit it then and there, but keep in mind that you will have no more wishes if you do. Jirachi's Friend Area is Mt Moonview - this is required to recruit it.

Everybody else who answered is correct. Wish Cave, floor 99, beat Jirachi. Here's some after-battle advice: if you have your Wish Stone, you can get lots of money, lots of items, level up, get a non-legendary Pokémon you have not recruited, or raise a team rank. Or if you don't have your stone anymore you can just recruit Jirachi automatically (you must have the Friend Area "Mt Moonview"). Hope this was as useful as the others!

All of the above are true, but one other thing: do NOT recruit Jirachi. That's right. DON'T recruit it. If you do, then Jirachi won't grant you any wishes.

The first answer is a bit wrong, Jirachi isn't almost gauranteed to join you, it will definitely join (unless you choose for it to not join), this is because Jirachi's recruit rate is 99.9%, this plus your level will make the recruit rate over 100%.

The second answer is a cit wrong also, You don't unlock Wish Cave after defeating Rayquaza and doing a few missions, you unlock it by getting the friend area Sky Blue Plains from an optional mission and talking to Medicham and Ekans for a few days then accepting the mission to save Medicham.

You can recruit jirachi by going to 99F of wish cave, jirachi has a recruit rate of 99.9%, Just make sure you take a friend box and give it to your lead Pokemon and have your lead pokemons lvl be around 70 - 100 to get the best recuit rate possible and if you take another member of your team with you in the cave make sure your lead Pokemon gets finisher hit the best to make sure this happens is to go on your team mate, go on tactics and put it on get away. Oh yh the thing you might struggle with is belly wise so take a few huge apples, cleanse orbs, max elixers & maybe a escape in case things get hairy and don't bother bringin any reviver seeds if your Pokemon are lvl 100 ok, i hope i helped :)

Technically, You can't "get" Jarchi, But you can Befriend him. But you have to beat the game first.
