During the mission you've got to tempt the dog out with some berries, but only the blue and yellow ones work on him! then you just go into the secret mansion and follow the instructions on the wall to make the shrinking potion!

The potion will go to your inbox! Just drag it oven the the cage and then you'll have Lady Goo Goo!
